Google has brought for the Pixel 4 series and has proved its worth in several ways as definitely, the consumers are in for a grand treat. It is a good deal.

Google Pixel 4 series will be having taller displays that will finally get 6GB RAM as compared to the 4GB RAM on the Pixel 3 phones. Google Pixel 4 series and Pixel 4 XL are indeed expected to be launched in October this year, and it looks as though these will finally get an upgrade in terms of RAM.

Based on a new report on BGR, the Pixel 4 series will indeed come with 6GB RAM, an upgrade over the 4GB RAM that Google had on the Pixel 3 series. The report does also say that the two phones will have taller displays.

According to BGR, the Google Pixel 4 series will indeed have a 2280 x 1080 display as compared to the 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution on the previous Pixel 3. The bigger Pixel 4 will indeed have a 3040 x 1440-pixel screen. The Pixel 3 XL has a 2960 x 1440-pixel screen. The actual screen size of the Pixel 4 phones is not mentioned in the report.

When it does come to RAM, the up-gradation process is long-awaited given brands such as OnePlus, Huawei, Samsung are all offering up to 6GB or 8GB RAM and even 12GB RAM on their phones for a while now. Google for some reason or other had indeed stuck with 4GB RAM and with the Pixel 3, there was rather much criticism over the phone’s poor memory management.

Users had complained that the phone was closing background apps and was indeed unable to run too many apps at the same time. Google had later issued an update on December 2018 to fix some of the issues.

The report in BGR does also state that the Pixel 4 will indeed have a 128GB storage option, but other options are rather unclear. In the past, Google has stuck with no microSD slot on the phones and that sort of trend is expected to continue.

This year Google did take a rather unusual strategy when it came to the Google Pixel 4 series, as it did share a picture of what the device would look like from the back, where the rather prominent camera bump is visible. Google’s strategy of leaking the Pixel 4 images was indeed certainly unexpected, but there have been plenty of leaks since then as well about the device.

Most recently, Pixel 4 was noticed on a train in London, though with a fabric case around the device. Of course, the dual-rear camera is visible in this leaked image.

The Google Pixel 4 series is much expected to come with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor and this will be the first time that Google does introduce a dual-camera on the phone, though there could be a third time of flight (ToF) sensor as well.

Google Pixel 4 is making its entry into the market in a grand way. The impact of its arrival on the technology scene will be great.
